Fix platform destruction logic

Now all platforms and their child components destroy on audio platform triggered.

Just need to confirm now:

  • Audio cue of selected platform plays
  • Tonic is set in Game State

Also need to fix:

  • All platforms being instantiated with note C, should be random no duplicates.
