Vastly simplify SetTonic design

First day of work at my real job. Tired, excited, etc.

Gung-ho to keep working on LETSGO, especially since I have the pieces necessary to implement Designing The Core Gameplay Loop

Put that new design into Building The Core Gameplay Loop

Will refine and start building this week, God willing.
