How actually generate music good?

It’s a bit of a mess, mainly because I got to a point where I was like, OK, how the hell is this actually going to work.

So went to the drawing board in Generative Music Without LLMs to try and find a logical way to determine which strategies to be chosen, what’s required in those strategies, etc.
