Was in a sour mood this morning, and figured a change in sustained heart rate would cut through the ugh.

So went to the gym for an hour.

Kept the heart rate relatively low: 115 - 130 range, didnt do anything too crazy as I trained literally all day Saturday.

Made some good insight on Nihanchi Shodan, really focusing on the kibi-dachii stance and the subtle of where your weight is being put.

Also, really need to strengthen my back.
